Every Playbook purchase — including the bundle — comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, all Playbook sales are final.
The Monthly plan can be canceled at any time. Canceling stops all future billing, and you'll keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for the current billing period.
The Annual plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of your purchase, email us and we'll issue a full refund. After 30 days, the annual payment is non-refundable for that billing cycle, but you can still cancel at any time to stop the plan from renewing the following year.
Email mikeyatesgolf@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and the product you purchased. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
